The management team does a great job maintaining the property, and I haven’t had any issues with them nor do I foresee any in the future—this is simply based on my personal experience.
I appreciate that the property is regularly cleaned and that reminders are sent out to residents regarding trash disposal and for pet owners to clean up after their pets. That said, so about the trash, there was one instance where broken beer bottles were left shattered on the road near the garbage area, which my husband cleaned up himself without reporting it to the office. Situations like that can be dangerous, and I hope residents are more mindful about properly disposing of trash.
Other than that, the office has been very helpful, especially in assisting me with fixing my parcel locker access. Overall, management has been responsive and professional, and I appreciate their efforts.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful Property, Not A Great First Day — I showed up to move in on the 15th, which I had been telling the staff I would do for almost 2 weeks and no one was here when I showed up. The office was closed for the day, but maintenance was here and they were a huge help contacting David in the leasing office who was kind enough to come over on his day off to get me my keys.

The staff and maintenance team are always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any requests or concerns, which has made my experience here stress-free and welcoming. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the amenities are top-notch, and the location is both convenient and peaceful. My apartment is spacious, clean, and feels like home from day one.
One of the standout features is how attentive and caring the management is—they genuinely go above and beyond to make sure residents are happy and well taken care of. Maintenance issues are addressed promptly, and the community always feels safe and inviting.
The only area that doesn’t quite reach five stars is the noise level during the summer months. While the complex is generally quiet and serene, there can be a noticeable uptick in noise when the weather warms up, likely due to the summer break for kids, more outdoor activities, and open windows. However, this is a minor issue compared to all the positives, and it hasn’t overshadowed my overall satisfaction with living here.
Overall, I’m grateful to be part of such a great community and would happily recommend this complex to friends and family.

|Recommended: YesCascade Springs Apartments — I have leased with Cascade Springs for 1 year, I have gladly renewed my lease. The apartments are clean and maintained well. Parking is always available. Maintenance Staff are knowledgeable, respond quickly and are friendly. I have had no issues with noise. Construction Facilities Maintenance is 5 star resident garbage is removed consistently. Property Staff communicates events online and have been friendly and easy to communicate with. The location of the apartments is appealing with well groomed lawns and trees. I appreciate my residency with Cascade Springs Apartments.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Rent — I moved in six months ago and don't have any complaints. The neighbors are quiet, the apartments are pretty sound proof, the parking is great, and the grounds are always kept nice. The staff are friendly, maintenance tickets are always handled quickly, and things are always calm and quiet. I think what I love the most is how much space the apartments have inside and the location near bangerter and jordan landing. I have recommended this place to a few friends already.

Maybe I need to go through a year round to properly rate but my first couple months here have been comfortable. Apartment is spacious, has great amenities and is a perfect fit for nearby places.
