|Recommended: YesVery Nice — It's worth the money. parking can get a little packed from time to time but always can park in the parking lot at the very least. neighbors are very nice and considerate of noise. even when noisy it's not that bad. The cleanliness is very on point for the grounds. The grass is always trimmed and looks nice.

|Recommended: YesQuaint Neighborhood — I lived living here, this last year has gotten weird cause some new tenants like to cause problems, but the community is amazing everyone looks out for everyone, the rent jumped up WAY to high for an apartment that is completely out of date though, main reason why we are leaving.
