|Recommended: YesAmazing Place To Live — The community here is extremely friendly and quiet. Over the year I spent here I don't have a single complaint. Maintenance is great and the grounds crew do a great job keeping the place well kept. I could rarely ever hear my neighbors unless they were vacuuming or running the garbage disposal but even that was a quiet hum. Management has been wonderful and helpful throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this property

|Recommended: YesSo Far, So Great! — We ve been living here for 4 months now and we re loving it so far. The apartments are very spacious. The office staff are friendly and are always helpful. The community in general feels really safe which is important to me since I m a single parent. I do hear the neighbors above me and sometimes next to me, but rarely and it hasn t been bad at all. There s lots of children in the complex and when they play in the courtyard, there s always other parents watching out for your kid, whether they know them or not. I will recommend Cascade to whomever is looking to move.

|Recommended: YesHuge, Spacious Apartments, Nice Quiet Area — The apartments are huge. I was in a 3 bedroom and the master bedroom had plenty of room for my king size bed, dresser, and computer station with plenty of room to still move around. The gym was a little out of date, but the pool and Jacuzzi were very nice. Never had issues with noise but I was on the top floor. Only needed maintenance one time (to fix the dishwasher) and it took 3 or 4 visits before it was completely fixed. Each time, I was told they were done, but it would have issues again. Eventually it was taken care of and they were always very patient with my requests.

It was excellent to move into a clean apartment where we didn't have to postpone unpacking in orde to wash walls and clean carpets. The community is also great. On moving day, we had 3 neighbors come meet us and ask if we needed any help.

The apartments are affordable, comfortable and quiet. There are also many friendly neighbors and a nice diversity of age groups.
Furthermore, they are located near so many conveniences: grocery stores and shopping centers; hospitals and schools for young children; and houses of worship for people of many different faiths.
