|Recommended: YesAmazing Apartment Complex — Cascade Springs makes you feel like you are apart of a large family. At least once a month they hold community activities. Their maintenance team responds very quickly and does an awesome job. I would highly refer someone to live here.

|Recommended: YesCozy, Friendly And Polite — From the neighbors to the apartment staff, everyone has been great to me since i moved here a few months ago. The apartment is huge, not too much noise from neighbors, but like every apartment there is some noise that can't be silenced. The staff is polite and has great customer service. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

|Recommended: YesNice Home — The only complaint I have is that I can hear my neighbors from all directions of my apartment. They are loud and blast their sound systems. Aside from that, the apartment is a great place to live. Close to the trax, and shopping, and food joints.

|Recommended: YesMy Favorite Apartment I Have Lived In — I was skeptical about moving back into an apartment complex after years of living in a house, but these apartments are great. The staff is professional and the apartments are well kept. This is a great complex if you have kids, there are a lot of kids always playing outside on the playground. Tons of grass and trees too, it makes for a peaceful atmosphere.
The insides of the units are nice, could use a kitchen appliance upgrade relatively soon, but everything works fine. They also recently installed solar panels on the top of my building, not sure if that will benefit the residents yet on our power bills, but nonetheless kinda cool. I plan

As a resident, I had had and met the most open heart neighbors. I have lived here for 6 yrs with my kids, it is a BEAUTIFUL, and well kept property. All my neighbors are welcoming, caring and talk to you when they see you outside with your kids to get to know you.
And, now as the Community Manager, I honestly and genuinely can say I have the BEST residents ever That makes me enjoy my work place and love to work here.
|Recommended: NoOverall A Nice Place To Call Home — Cascade Springs is a peaceful and quiet community. I like my neighbors and I like the different activities the management hosts throughout the year. The staff is always courteous and helpful. The two issues I do have is that the hot tub area is often closed for no apparent reason, and the rent goes up yearly. I asked about rent increases when I moved in and was told it happened recently but before that the rent was the same for a few years. Since then, I have talked to several residents and all say their rent has increased yearly. This year I expect my rent to increase about 5 .
